Who We Are

A small family oriented shooting club with about 200 members, the Huronia Hand Gun Club prides its self on providing a safe, fun and relaxed shooting experience.

The Huronia Hand Gun Club is a Multi-Discipline Club, from archery and air rifle to handguns, pistol calibre long guns and shotguns (Sorry No Skeet Shooting).

The Huronia Hand Gun Club is a member owned and operated facility that provides an excellent opportunity for firearms enthusiasts to enjoy their sport in a fun and safe environment

Our History

Huronia Handgun Club has served the target shooters of Midland, Penetanguishene, Port McNicoll and the surrounding communities since 1958. On March 15th 1958 a small group of 16 local residents got together in the Parkside Pavilion for what would become the first meeting of the Huronia Hand Gun Club. The names of the 16 have unfortunatly been lost in the mists of time but the first list of officers is still known. Some of the first officers are in the photo.Sgt.
